Welcome to The Girls Spot! By purchasing a membership, accessing our facilities, or participating in our online classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership and Payment
Membership: Membership at The Girls Spot includes access to in-person facilities (gym floor and classes) and online classes. Membership is non-transferable and intended for the named individual only. Fees: In-Gym Membership are £50 per month and online memberships are £30, billed monthly, and payable in advance. The Girls Spot reserves the right to adjust membership fees with 30 days’ notice. Payment Method: Payments must be made by credit/debit card or other accepted methods specified on our website. Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership by providing at least 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date. Cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Membership access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle following the 30-day notice period, and no refunds will be issued for partial months.
2. Access and Use of Facilities
In-Person Access: Members gain access to The Girls Spot gym floor, in-person classes, and amenities during operating hours. Members are required to comply with gym etiquette and follow all posted rules. Online Access: Online members can access live and recorded classes via our digital platform. Unauthorised sharing, recording, or distribution of online classes is prohibited. Changes in Services: The Girls Spot reserves the right to modify or discontinue any in-person or online service or feature without notice. Members will be informed of any major changes impacting their membership benefits.
3. Health and Safety
Medical Disclaimer: By participating in any of our services, you confirm that you are physically fit and understand the risks associated with physical exercise. It is advised to consult a physician before beginning any new fitness regimen. Liability Waiver: The Girls Spot is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during in-person or online classes. Members agree to assume all risks associated with participation in fitness activities.
4. Conduct and Code of Ethics
Respectful Conduct: The Girls Spot is committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination without refund. Equipment Use: Members are expected to handle gym equipment with care. Damage caused to equipment due to misuse may result in fees or membership termination. Digital Conduct: Members are expected to maintain respectful communication on our online platforms. Abuse, harassment, or sharing inappropriate content will lead to termination of online access.
5. Privacy and Personal Data
Data Collection: By registering for a membership, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality: The Girls Spot will protect your personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination of Membership
By The Member: You may terminate your membership at any time via your online account. Termination will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, with no refunds for partial months. By The Girls Spot: We reserve the right to terminate memberships for breach of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate behaviour. Refunds will not be provided for memberships terminated due to policy violations.
