



















What is The Girls Spot and why was it created?
The Girls Spot is a women’s-only gym designed to be more than just a place to train, it’s a safe, empowering, and harassment-free environment, TGS was created by women, for women.
Is The Girls Spot beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. You don’t need to be “fit” to join, just ready to start. Whether you’re completely new to the gym or getting back into training after a break, our coaches and community are here to support you.
Is there a specific gym culture or code of conduct?
Yes. The Girls Spot is a values-led space built on mutual respect, safety, and support. We foster a culture of encouragement, zero judgment, and zero tolerance for harassment or intimidation of any kind. All members are expected to uphold this culture, it’s what makes our space feel so different from traditional gyms.
What is the minimum age to join?
Membership is women aged 18 and over.
Are there any exceptions for guest access or day passes?
Not at this time. To protect the privacy and safety of our members, The Girls Spot does not currently offer guest access or day passes. We’re focused on building a committed, values-aligned community and may explore structured guest access in the future.
What classes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of classes including strength & conditioning, HIIT, glutes, lower body, and more. As we grow, we’ll be rolling out even more classes, including cycle-syncing sessions and workshops focused on female health, confidence, and performance.
Is 1:1 personal training available?
Yes! We have an incredible team of female personal trainers with expertise across strength, performance and more. PT sessions are booked separately from your gym membership and are arranged directly with our coaches.
Where is The Girls Spot located?
For the safety and privacy of our members, we keep the full address private. If your membership application is successful, you’ll receive all location details. We can share that we’re based in South West London, just a 10–13 minute walk from Wandsworth Town Station and Southside Shopping Centre.
Is there parking?
Parking is somewhat limited, but there are nearby roads where you can pay via RingGo. You can also choose to park in Southside Shopping Centre, which is just a short walk away. Alternatively, Wandsworth Town Station and East Putney Station are both nearby if you’re travelling by train.
Will there be an online version of The Girls Spot?
Yes! We’re rolling out The Girls Spot Online very soon! It’s being designed to serve women who can’t join us in person but still want to train with us and be part of our community. More details coming soon.
